If you are a new client, please complete the attached intake forms and bring them with you to your first appointment.

Mood Assessment
• Fees
-Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (80 minutes): $120
-Individual/Couples/Family Psychotherapy (50 minutes): $90
- Group Therapy (90 minutes): $45
(We accept payment by cash, check or credit card)
• Insurance
Some insurance plans will cover all or part of the fees. If you have questions about whether or not our services are covered by your insurance, please contact your insurance company and inquire about your coverage for “out-of-network providers.” BCBS of NC will provide reimbursement for “out-of-network” services. Ask about your co-pay amount and other costs, including deductibles. Individuals desiring reimbursement for services will pay in full for each session then submit charges themselves to their companies.
